The service

Bookio provides booking pages and a calendar for appointment-based businesses. Each active team member has their own calendar. Owners manage the team; members can view only their own assigned appointments. It does not process payments, provide native mobile applications, or provide full payroll/accounting services. Email confirmations require provider configuration and activation; local previews do not send messages.

The Free plan

The Free plan includes 100 bookings created per calendar month, measured in your business timezone. Cancelled bookings count toward the allowance. When the limit is reached, new online bookings pause until the next month. Existing bookings remain visible and manageable. There are no automatic upgrades or subscription charges.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate service descriptions, prices, timezone and opening hours. You are responsible for delivering your services, communicating with clients, handling refunds for payments you collect, and complying with the requirements applying to your business. Do not use custom fields to request unnecessary sensitive information.

Bookings and cancellations

Clients receive an on-screen confirmation and private management link. Keep this link private and save it. Clients and business owners can cancel appointments. Cancelling releases the time for a new booking. Clients pay the business directly under the business's own payment arrangements.

Paid plans and setup

Premium is OMR 7.5/month and Enterprise is OMR 20/month, both with unlimited bookings. Activation and payment arrangements are agreed with Bookio; this website does not take subscription payments automatically. Enterprise includes HR recordkeeping, an income/expense register, booking reports and a booking-page designer. Automated messaging requires provider activation and WhatsApp has a separate allowance agreed before activation. Custom domains require ownership verification, DNS configuration and HTTPS activation. Native mobile apps are not included.

Preview limitations

This local version is for product evaluation with test data. It requires additional production infrastructure, operational controls, recovery workflows and legal review before being opened to the public.
