How to set up your first free booking page

Five minutes is a goal, not a shortcut
Setting up a booking page should be quick, but it should also leave you with something accurate. Before you start, have your business name, one service, its price, and your normal opening hours ready. Bookio provides starting templates for barbershops, beauty salons, nail studios, wellness businesses, personal trainers, consultants, tutors, and pet groomers. You can also choose a custom business type.
First, create your business space
Choose the category closest to your business. Add your name, booking address, business timezone, and currency. For Oman, the starting options are Asia/Muscat and OMR. Other GCC currencies and timezones are available too. Create your account using an email and password, and your business dashboard is ready.
Next, check your services and availability
Your template creates a starter service. Add your actual services and prices, then archive any starter option you do not need. Set the days when you are open and your daily opening and closing time. In this first release, the same hours apply to every selected working day. Individual staff schedules and date-based time off can be set under Team. Split shifts are not yet supported.
Then, make it look familiar
Upload your logo or use the default initial, choose a brand color, and write a short introduction. Include your location or clear meeting instructions. Keep the text direct: what you do, where clients should go, and what they can expect. You can adjust the questions clients answer when they book.
Finally, preview before you publish the link
View your page and complete a test appointment. Check the service, currency, time, and confirmation. Once you are happy, share your booking link. A good first version does not need every feature. It needs a clear offer, correct availability, and an easy way for clients to reserve their time.
